We put Coffee Eclectic together to share our love for drinking coffee. It is one of life’s simple pleasures – getting up in the morning and brewing a nice hot, steamy pot of coffee. We eagerly look forward to the moment the aroma hits our nose, the crisp delight as the taste hits our tongue, and finally the clarity and energy which comes soon after, as the caffeine molecules fit themselves tidily into our brains’ receptors, conveniently blocking the reuptake of GABA (or something like that).
So it is our wish, you have a look around, learn something about coffee and the different brewing methods available, and perhaps upgrade your current setup. Whether coffee maker or grinder (or roaster!), we thoroughly enjoy sharing our passion to brew & drink coffee with the world. Cheers!
